Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to the full service charge.
A valid card is required to book. Charges will be processed to the card on file in accordance with this policy.
